The Story

Problem

Before a consultation, a clinician needs the patient's medical history. Psych-GPT collects it ahead of the appointment, through a real-time interview with an AI video avatar.

Solution

An assistant that brings Tavus AI video avatars together with clinical conversation workflows: real-time interview sessions, and the summaries a clinician reviews afterwards.

Technical decisions

  • Tavus AI video avatars conduct the interview, so it runs as a live conversation.
  • Clinical conversation workflows give each interview its structure.
  • Every session produces a summary written for clinician review.

Outcome
